Danielle Schneider


Danielle Schneider, an actor, writer and comedienne, is a graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. As an actress Danielle starred as Krista on Spike TV’s comedy series “Players.” She has also recently appeared on ABC’s “Happy Endings,” Adult Swim’s “NTSF:SD:SUV,” E!’s “Burning Love”, The AMC pilot “How to Cheat on your Wife” and is recurring on Fox’s “American Dad.” Danielle has also appeared on “Reno 911!,” Comedy Central’s “The Showbiz Show” and was a long time panelist on VH1′s critically praised and highly rated “Best Week Ever.”

Danielle can be seen in the movies “Spring Breakdown” with Amy Poehler, “Step Brothers” with Will Ferrell, and “Larry Crowne” with Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts.

As a writer, along with her writing partner Dannah Phirman, she wrote and starred in the show “Eye Candy” (Dir. Amy Poehler) which was selected for the HBO/Aspen Comedy Festival. Together they also created the show “Dead Heiresses” which was developed as a pilot for Comedy Central. They also wrote “Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2″ for Disney, “Catfight” for Newline and “Boys are Stupid, Throw rocks at Them” for Universal. They also just completed writing, starring in and executive producing a new comedy series for Hulu due out in spring 2014. Danielle is a contributing writer for Zooey Deschanel’s popular website Hello Giggles.

Danielle performs regularly at the Upright Citizens Brigade theatre in shows such as Death By Roo Roo, Asssscat and many others.
