SF Sketchfest Day 6: Casts & Crews of Short Films Reunite For Festival Screening



Filmmakers David Fickas, Anna Seregina, Joey Izzo, Stacey Ransom, Jason Mitchell, Anita Driesberg, Sal Calanni, Mike Lemcke and Grant Lyon take audience questions, juggle microphones at “Say Hello to My Little Funny,” January 28 at Cobb’s Comedy Club

Filmmaker comedian Grant Lyon introduced Say Hello to My Little Funny, a diverse collection of short films made by comedians. After the screening, he was joined by members of the cast & crew of the films Lucifer’s Crewcut, Interview Date, Acting Out, Stepsister and The Old Flame. Before inviting the crowd to join them for drinks at Rogue, they treated the audience to a brief Q&A, kicked off by a question for Lucifer’s Crewcut: “How did you get Gwar and Maria Bamford to be in your film?” The answer: “Just believe, guys, and ask!” (The Procession directed by Robert Festinger, featuring Lily Tomlin and Jesse Tyler Ferguson, and Cheat directed by Joe Derosa starring Joe Derosa, Robert Kelly and Bill Burr were also screened).
