If laughter is the best medicine, then the three-week long, star-studded San Francisco Sketch Comedy Festival can surely cure anything. The SF Sketchfest has packed its ninth year’s lineup full of comedic heavyweights.
The festival will include sketch comedy, stand up, interviews, improv and more during its three weeks. SF Sketchfest kicks off Jan. 14 and ends with Cinematic Titanic performing at the Castro Theatre on Feb. 2.
With over 160 acts, festival goers should have no problem finding something to suit their comedic fancy. In addition to appearances by “Weird Al” Yankovic, Conan O’Brien and author Dave Eggers, SF Sketchfest also boasts Michael Ian Black, Terry Jones (of Monty Python fame), Dave Foley, Neil Patrick Harris and many more.
