Tess Barker

Tess Barker is a Los Angeles based writer and comedian. She can currently been seen as one of the hosts of “Broadway Bash” on Ovation TV. She does stand up at clubs and colleges throughout the country and her sketch comedy has been staged at The Groundlings and Improv Olympic in Los Angeles. She holds a B.A. in Screenwriting from Loyola Marymount, and recently adapted the international bestselling true story Sold, for the screen for Just Bee Films. Tess wrote the book and lyrics for “Time Between Us,” an original two person musical, which premiered in New York as part of the 2011 New York Musical Theater festival, where it was named Critic’s Pick, and has since enjoyed a number of regional productions. She is a writer for MTV’s “Guy Code” blog, and has been featured on Huffington Post’s Funniest Women on Twitter under her handle @tesstifybarker.
