SF Sketchfest presents a special salute to highly influential Bay Area legends Coyle & Sharpe, the early masters of street pranks and puts-ons. Using hidden microphones, they clandestinely recorded their bizarre encounters with unsuspecting citizens on the streets of San Francisco in the 1960’s. A panel of comedians including the Upright Citizens Brigade’s Matt Besser, Kasper Hauser’s James Reichmuth, and emcee Jesse Thorn from Bullseye, will pay homage to surviving member Mal Sharpe, who will appear in person and share clips from his personal archive of material.
