Chris Gethard is the host of the cult public access hit The Chris Gethard Show, the author of the book A Bad Idea I’m About to Do, and has been heard on This American Life as well as seen on The Office, Louie, The Other Guys, and the upcoming Iron Man 3. He’s a mainstay performer at New York’s Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, where he’s been performing for 12 years. He was named one of Variety‘s ten comics to watch in 2010 and The Chris Gethard Show has been reviewed in the NY Times, inspired NY Magazine to refer to Chris as the “Carson of Cable Access”, and lead to Gethard being interviewed on both Conan and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.
