Boat is a sketch comedy trio based out of Brooklyn, NY. For the past three years they’ve brought their sharp, satirical, and often surreal brand of sketch comedy to venues throughout New York City, colleges, and festivals across the United States. Boat was an official selection at the 2012 NYC Sketch Festival, the 2011 and 2012 San Francisco Sketch Festival, and the 2010, 2011, and 2012 North Carolina Comedy Arts Festival, where they were dubbed “a trio of NCCAF favorites”. When not immersed in sketch comedy, members of Boat write for The Onion and perform improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater.
